Forgot your password?

zPayLink passwords are reset securely by an administrator of your organization.

  1. Ask your organization administrator to issue a one-time reset link for your account in zPayLink Admin.
  2. Open the link and choose a new password. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
  3. Sign in with your new password. Your two-step verification stays as it is.

Administrators who cannot reach another administrator can contact zPayLink support.
